About Jenna
I’m a dedicated teacher, mum, wife, and proud dog and chicken mum who is passionate about helping young people feel supported and capable in their learning. Over the past eight years, I’ve worked closely with students with diverse learning needs, including those who are disengaged from school, have learning difficulties, disabilities, or face mental health challenges. I believe every student deserves patience, encouragement, and a learning environment where they feel safe to ask questions and build confidence at their own pace. My approach is warm, supportive, and tailored to each individual student’s needs and strengths. Outside of teaching, I love spending time with my family, being in nature, going on holidays, gardening, and slowly renovating our family home.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual needs, learning style, and goals. I aim to create a calm, supportive, and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, building confidence, and learning at their own pace. I understand that every young person learns differently, so I adapt lessons to keep them engaging, achievable, and relevant. Whether a student needs extra support staying focused, building confidence, developing literacy skills, or completing schoolwork, I focus on making learning feel positive rather than overwhelming. Above all, I want students to feel understood, supported, and proud of their progress.
