About Lok Chun Jeff
Hi, my name is Jeff! I’m currently a medical student at the Australian National University, and I have plenty of experience in both tutoring and occupational training. I genuinely love the process of learning new things, and I hope to share that joy with the students I teach. I know how tiring it can be to sit through a dull tutoring session after a long day at school, so I always aim to create an energetic and engaging atmosphere in my lessons. My style of teaching would be to encourage active learning of students. Essentially, I would really hope the students can understand the concepts and be able to apply them on their own eventually. And to enjoy the process of learning! Typical length of a lesson would be one to two hours. I have a lot of private 1-on-1 tutoring experience with high school students. I have helped quite a few students to prepare for their public examinations and obtain satisfactory results as well. My lessons would be focused on mathematics and science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology). Levels of lessons would be up to year 12 content.
