About Veonica
I have a degree in business management. I was operations manager for Affiliated Computer Services and over a staff of 50. I volunteer with Google to set up and train youth science, technology, engineering, and math. I have developed and conducted training courses to enhance early learning, coding and development, validation, testing, and quality engineering, along with career and skill coaching and development.

I create interactive lessons using various creditable resources. It's important for me to understand my students previous and current education, training, and skills, along with any volunteer and experience. I also like to find out any short and long-term goals a student may have. I believe this is essential to helping students succeed. I plan and prepare materials, videos, games, and resources in advance. I set the scene, establish relationships and allow introductions during. The first 5 to 10 minutes of each session. The structure of my daily tutorial session is to briefly review the topics from the last session, answer any questions students might have and provide a short video, ask questions, play a game, or give a small pop quiz to gauge and ensure effective learning. Next I give an overview of the current session’s topic and objectives, start the lesson plan, discuss the topic, encourage students to engage, complete a short exercise, watch a relevant video, and summarize at the end.
