About Ela
I am currently studying English Literature and Spanish at the University of Leeds and at A-Level, I achieved A*s in English Literature and Sociology, as well as a B in German. Therefore I am happy to tutor a range of subjects.
Not only do I enjoy tutoring and supporting students in their learning, but I also have valuable experience doing so. I have previously tutored A-Level English Literature students since September 2025
Tutoring is something I really enjoy and find it incredibly rewarding to see students grow in confidence and improve their understanding of a subject that I am passionate about. English Literature has always been one of my favourite subjects, and I would love the opportunity to share that enthusiasm with students while helping them succeed in their GCSEs and A-Levels.

As an English Literature and Spanish tutor, I provide tailored lessons that focus on each student's individual aims and areas for improvement. In English Literature, I work closely with students to develop stronger essay-writing skills, such as helping them produce more critical, and intellectually sophisticated responses.
In Spanish, I aim to break down challenging grammar concepts into manageable steps, practising them together through engaging and interactive activities. My goal is to build confidence, deepen understanding, and make learning both enjoyable and effective.
