About Jane
I completed my HSC at Saint Francis Xavier Hamilton in 2018. I studied Religion, English, Community and Family studies and History for my HSC and received distinction and high distinction level marks during this time. I am currently studying my undergraduates degree (Bachelor of Secondary Education) at the University of Newcastle with a major in ancient and modern history. During my time at the uni, I have received an average of high distinction level marks in modern history subjects and distinction level marks in ancient history subjects.

I would provide 30 to 60 minute sessions helping high school students with completion of homework, study for yearly and half yearly exams and completion of assessments. This age range would be year 7-12 in history, year 7-10 English and year 7-12 religious studies. I would also be able to help year 11 and 12 students who are studying ancient and or modern history in completing their HSC. My speciality is essay writing in the discipline of history which has been reflected in my Distinction and High Distinction average marks accomplished at university level. As I am currently studying to become a history teacher myself, I am aware of the current skills students must learn in order to achieve high academic scores in their studies.
