I have been practising yoga professionally for 6 years. I am a children's yoga instructor. I am currently in the process of becoming a Yin yoga instructor. I want to teach Yin yoga classes. I chose this area of yoga because I believe that slowing down has positive effects on the mind and body. I am also studying psychology at university.
