I am a dedicated yoga teacher with a B.Sc and Master’s in Yoga, over 5 years of personal practice and 2 years of professional teaching experience. Having trained 100+ students in Bangalore and Rishikesh, I focus on guiding each student with care, discipline, and mindfulness.
