Hey future stars My name is Kwanele, and I'm so excited to be one of your guides on this Amapiano dance journey! Now, you might be wondering, “Why is this person so passionate about teaching Amapiano of all things?” Well, here’s the truth—Amapiano is more than a genre to me. It’s movement, rhythm, soul, and connection. It’s the sound of the streets, the heart of South African creativity, and a powerful way to express who we are—without saying a word. I’m here because I believe dance is one of the purest forms of freedom. And Amapiano? It gives us that groove, that bounce, that swag that lets every single person—no matter where you're from—feel seen and powerful. Teaching at this academy isn’t just about steps and choreography. It’s about building confidence, community, and creativity. I’m here to help you unlock your own voice through movement, push your boundaries, and most importantly, have fun while doing it. So whether you’re a first-timer or you’ve been killing the pouncing cat and zaka zaka since day one, this space is for you.
