Sara se preocupa por ti y tus movimientos. Ella quiere que estes contento con lo que vas haciendo sin presionar el cuerpo. Sus clases son amenas y nunca te cansas de ellas. Yo llevo con ella clases de flexibilidad y cada vez mejoro más.
No es necesario tener conocimiento previos, ni una condición física especifica para sus clases, sin importar tu nivel ella te explica y te acompaña en el proceso
Es la mejor profesora del mundo, entiende las necesidades de cada persona individualmente
Sara es una profesora que se caracteriza por su constante interés en capacitarse, su disciplina y entrega. Anima constantemente a sus alumnos a superarse, a ponerse metas y trabajar para alcanzarlas.
