About Rekha
I am dance professional who has competed with world championships such as World Hip Hop Dance Championship and Dance World Cup. I have mentored several students from schools and colleges to help balance studies and health equally. I have 200 hour Ashtanga Yoga certification from Mysore, Yoga and have been teaching Yoga for the past one year. Currently, i am pursuing Sports and Exercise Science at Leeds Beckett University, Leeds, UK.

I am a true promoter of well being - both physical, mental and emotional. I have professional experience teaching kids as well as adults from diverse backgrounds. Therefore, my classes usually have wholistics approach with sessions on Pranayama (breathing practices) , Meditation (Mindfullness) apart from the specific Physical Activity sessions (Dance/Yoga/Gymnastics).
