About Juan Sebastián
I am Juan Sebastián, a Commercial Aviation Pilot eager to teach those things that I have learned. I am a true believer that knowledge MUST be shared and taught in the best way so that we can all grow as individuals, professionals and as a society. I have experience teaching in different areas and subjects, to people of different ages from 7-year-olds to 50-year-old adults. This has led me to understand more about the learning process of each person and their different shortcomings in the subjects and ways of learning them. One of the keys to good teaching to achieve good learning is to find the method that best suits the student. It is for this reason that I try to identify the best learning path for my students, in order to structure a class where we can both interact, learn and above all retain the greatest amount of knowledge in each class. Depending on your need, we will structure the class focusing on conferences, mutual collaboration or demonstration among others and thus achieve enjoyable, adapted and growth-focused classes. In the middle of the cycle, I will be evaluating my student in order to advance or deepen the teaching. In addition, I believe in the importance of the evaluation that my students carry out, to improve and renew the teaching and each methodology that they may need.
