I have had 4 coaching sessions with Adonis and would highly recommend being coached by him. He has been very helpful in supporting me in focusing on my goals, setting action plans and carrying out the tasks between each session. He challenged me to an extent I was comfortable with which enabled me to understand my motivation behind my goals and my determination to achieve them. He gave me the space to think, reflect and respond to his questions. He was very supportive and empathetic in his approach and that really put me at ease during the coaching sessions.
