About Alisa
I am a professional, qualified teacher and I believe in getting the right approach for each child.
I was nominated for the Ann Mackie Award for excellence in school experience at the University of Aberdeen where I did my teacher training.
My pupils, parents and mentors describe me as a caring, patient and adaptable teacher.

I believe that children need to feel engaged, happy and challenged to learn, and I do my best to establish a positive and trusting relationship with my pupils.
I am a newly qualified teacher with experience working with children with Dylslexia, Autism and ADHD.
I received a First class degree in English Literature and am excited about supporting children in literacy throughout their school journey.
I also provide Primary maths support, and am passionate about building confidence for children who have maths anxiety.
