About SHILPI
I am Shilpi Ghosh, a passionate yoga instructor dedicated to promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through the traditional practices of chanting, meditation, pranayama, and asana. Yoga has profoundly transformed my own life bringing clarity, calmness, and balance and it is this transformation that inspires me to share my knowledge with others. I believe teaching yoga is not just about guiding movements but nurturing self-awareness, inner peace, and holistic health in every individual. My goal is to help students discover the harmony between body, mind, and soul, empowering them to live more mindful and meaningful lives.
