About Ritu
I am an experienced Singing tutor with 16 years of teaching and professional experience, working closely with students from school to college level. My goal is to help learners develop strong vocal techniques, enhance stage presence, and build self-confidence. Throughout my career, I have guided students to improve tone quality, pitch control, breath management, and performance skills.
Many of my students have participated successfully in competitions, public performances, and school programmes, marking meaningful milestones in their journey. My lessons are interactive, structured, and engaging, covering vocal exercises, breathing techniques, rhythm training, and song interpretation. I provide personalised guidance and continuous encouragement, helping students reach their full potential while enjoying the journey of learning music.

My singing teaching philosophy focuses on nurturing confident performers through consistent technique and emotional awareness. I apply flexibility by customising warm-ups, scale work, and repertoire to suit each learner’s voice type and aspirations. Empathy allows me to recognise the emotional challenges students may face, especially when preparing for auditions or performances.
Compassion ensures a positive and respectful learning environment where growth is celebrated. Through clear communication, I break down complex vocal techniques such as breath coordination, pitch correction, tonal balance, articulation precision, and dynamic control into manageable steps. Collaboration plays a vital role, as students work closely with me to select songs and prepare structured practice plans.
Beyond Singing, I incorporate Music Theory, Ear Training exercises, Vocal Health education, and Stage Confidence development.
