About Maahi
My name is Maahi, and I am an undergraduate psychology student studying at the University of Bath. I have a strong passion for helping others learn and feel confident in their abilities. I completed GCSE Maths myself and genuinely enjoyed the subject, which is why I now want to support students who may need extra guidance or encouragement.
I understand that maths can feel challenging at times, so I focus on creating a calm, patient, and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working through problems at their own pace. I am happy to help each student build their confidence and develop effective study habits.

I take a supportive and confidence-building approach to tutoring, focusing on breaking down maths concepts into clear, manageable steps. I adapt my teaching style to each student’s needs, using examples, guided practice, and encouragement to help them feel more comfortable and capable. My lessons typically last between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on the student’s preference. As an undergraduate student with strong academic experience in maths, I enjoy helping learners strengthen their understanding and develop effective study habits. My lessons are suitable for GCSE students, and they will benefit from patient, structured support delivered remotely and with flexible scheduling.
