About Tolulope
Dear Hiring Manager
As a teacher with 7years of experience teaching middle and high school students in both physical class and online environment, I apply with enthusiasm for this role.
I began my career as a middle school teacher teaching English as a basic subjects and some other subjects as a teacher. I completed my degree in Agricultural technology and also diploma in TEFL . I joined the home school coalition as an online Teacher.
As well as the planning and delivery of high quality teaching in virtual settings. I am experienced in administering and evaluating remote assessments in preparation for examinations. I employ a range of traditional and progressive methodology, incorporating experiential learning opportunities whenever possible.
I see myself as an educator, not just a teacher, I encourage students to question their actions, the ways that others live and how we can use our knowledge to question the choices we make. I foster collaboration with leadership and other fellow teachers that promote a flexible, supportive and dynamic learning environment. I am delighted by the 93% average pass rate that my students achieved.
I use a range of technology in my remote classrooms, including zooms, Skype, teams and WhatsApp video chat.
I have enjoyed my time with the home school coalitions. As the number of enrolled students has significantly decreased, I am now seeking online teaching opportunities such as yours.
