About Richa
Dear students, I, Richa Aggarwal, a Delhi University graduate and masters in economics from South Asian University, has been an avid reader since the beginning of my student life. I was also selected for scholarship for my masters program for scoring good rank in the entrance examination.
Becoming a teacher was the ultimate aim of my life because at an early age itself I had made my mind that i will never let my students face any problem which I faced as a student. So, I always mould my teaching according to the requirements of individual Students. I want my students to be very good at the subject but above all I want my students to be happy from within and believe in their potential. A student-teacher relationship is for lifetime and I strictly believe in helping my students in every sphere of life. :)

I start my class by giving a brief introduction of the topic and it's relevance in today's time and what will be the learning outcomes towards the end of the class. The methodology I follow in each class is different depending on the learning capabilities and requirements of every student. Going slow in the case of difficult topics for best understanding and repeating the concept till it is clear to the student. I strictly believe in following a student-centric teaching technique. According to me, no student is a bad student. Rather we need to revolutionize the teaching techniques to suit the requirements of the students. I can assure that all my students will fall in love with the subject being studied :)
