About Wahab
I am a student at the University of Birmingham, studying dentistry. I have tutored 11+ previously for two years, and have also tutored Year 9 Maths and Science individually. I have taught about 3 students one to one but have also assisted in teaching 11+ classes.

I am a patient and friendly tutor and I like students to fully understand the method behind approaching questions rather than just memorizing content. I am easy to get on with and enjoy a laugh but will always ensure that the lesson is helpful as well. I adapt my style of teaching often to cater to my students and their most efficient way of learning. I put an emphasis on homework and consolidating work outside lessons too so that all the time within lessons can be used effectively.

Wahab is a friendly person who engages well with young people and establishes a good rapport that encourages young people to enjoy learning and their tuition sessions where otherwise they would not have done so. He is able to set appropriate targets and deadlines and encourage students to learn independently too. This is vital in ensuring continuity in revision which is a key element required for students to do well in exams. He has experience with private tuition one on one as well as at tuition centres. He is currently studying Dentistry.
