About Linna
I have a Computing and Financial Management degree from the University of Waterloo, with 3 years of work experience in the tech field. I am a trained listener who has helped 70+ people with mental health, and have read 20+ mental health books thus far. In addition, I have a Competent Communicator certificate from Toastmasters, the public speaking club.

I ask you questions to help you figure out how to meet your goals. When the struggle is difficult, I validate what you are feeling so you do not feel alone; I point out your strengths and encourage you in the right direction. I teach you how to set boundaries with your parents so you can start following the pursuits that matter most to you. If you are self-critical, I will teach you self-compassion.
