About Caitlin
I am an AQA GCSE examiner, deputy Head of English and an experienced GCSE teacher that has a proven track record of success with ensuring students achieve their target grades.
I aim to create bespoke tuition sessions for each of my students that give them the confidence and push for exam success.
EACH TUITION SESSION PURCHASED WILL HAVE THE BONUS OF ANY ADDITIONAL PAST PAPERS MARKED WITH EXAMINER ACCURACY.

I am an experienced teacher for GCSE Language and Literature with now experience marking actual GCSE papers for AQA. Although my sessions would be grounded with an exam focus, I also prioritise the needs of the student I have by curating a plan of action and endeavouring to create bespoke tuition sessions every time.
My experience as an examiner and teacher insight gives me an excellent foundation to teach and tutor students.
I will offer hour long sessions at £40. This will include all resources being shared, a plan of action being created with the option of additional homework of past papers being marked just like an examiner would!
Sessions will either be GCSE Language or GCSE Literature (any text).
I can also offer general English lessons to improve students reading and writing skills from ages 11-16. These will be 1 hour long at £30.
I hold a postgraduate diploma in Secondary English teaching, a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership, and a BA in English Literature.
DBS checked, Level 1 Safeguarding Certificate.
