About Nicolás
I finished my Bachelor's Degree in Piano at the National Conservatory of Music (CNM), in the class of Maestro Héctor Rojas. I have been a student of Maria del Consuelo Lopez Ponce (Faculty of Music UNAM) Rodrigo R. Elorduy (Cardenal Miranda Institute) and received master classes by Elisabeth and Eugene Pridonoff (USA)
In 2016 I start the Music Education page DÉTACHÉ which currently delivers content in Spanish on music theory, practice and education to more than 250,000 followers in more than 20 countries. Also follow us on Facebook!

Specialized methodology for children, teens and adults.
My teaching methodology combines the most accepted and validated technique books in the world (Hanon, Beyer, Bartok, Thompson, Burnam) and my experience to select the repertoire that best suits the needs, tastes and level of each student. Technique, interpretation, musicality, sound quality, stage presence and confidence are also worked on.
Playing in public develops a taste for sharing what has been learned, creates a community among my students and is an irreplaceable practice for their interpretive growth. For this reason, twice a year (Spring / Autumn), we perform a recital where we interpret pieces individually and in groups.

Perfect! Es por mucho el mejor profesor de piano que he tenido, cuenta con conocimientos muy concretos tanto de teoría como de práctica, además conoce diversas estrategias para lograr dominar las partes complicadas en las piezas.
Conoce la manera correcta de tocar cada época y su forma de trabajo es muy profesional.
Es paciente y detallista, lo cual me parece es muy importante en la música.

Porque es un maestro accesible con sus alumnos, cumple los objetivos que plantea al inicio del curso e incluso va más allá de ellos. Es paciente y sus explicaciones son claras y fáciles de seguir.
