My classes are based on helping the client with the handling of the device which they need assistance with. It could be a class about the general operation of a new device that was purchased, or solve a specific problem that the customer may have with their phone / computer / tablet, etc. Many older adults are satisfied with my classes due to my patience and methods of explaining. I also offer summaries for older adults who need to follow steps for future procedures.
