I am an enthusiastic, cheerful, kind girl, I love being with people, making contacts, sharing good vibes.
I love to test myself to remember myself and remind others how much power we have inside us. It’s great to seepeople who finally manage to feel this power and live it to the full.
One of my goal as a teacher is this, to help people regain their energy and shine.

I love making contacts with people, and with my students, that’s the most important thing about me.
I want to give people a beautiful experience so that they can get passionate and really feel the power of yoga. I use to approach in different ways, first of all i need to understand the level of the students, then I can create specific and personalised classes. My lessons can be for any age, and the duration is variable.
