About Jingxuan
I graduated from NLCS Dubai with the IB Diploma Programme, where I studied Psychology, Economics, and Biology at Higher Level. Having recently completed the IB myself, I understand both the academic demands and the stress that comes with preparing for exams. I chose to become a tutor because I want to share the strategies and approaches that helped me succeed, while also supporting students who are facing the same challenges. Teaching is something I enjoy because I believe learning should feel clear, structured, and encouraging. My aim is to help students not only understand their subjects but also gain the confidence to perform at their best. I know what it feels like to be in their position, and I’m here to make the process less overwhelming and more rewarding.

Teaching Methodology & Techniques
My lessons are interactive and tailored to each student’s needs. I focus on simplifying complex concepts, breaking them down into manageable steps, and linking theory to real-world examples. I also provide structured revision strategies, practice questions, and exam-style feedback to help students feel confident and prepared.
Typical Lesson Length
A standard lesson is 60 minutes, though I can adjust the timing depending on the student’s focus and needs (e.g., 45 minutes for younger students or 90 minutes for intensive exam prep).
Qualifications & Experience
I graduated from NLCS Dubai with the IB Diploma, where my Higher Levels were Psychology, Economics, and Biology, and my Standard Levels were Maths AA, English Language & Literature, and Mandarin. Having gone through the IB myself, I know the challenges students face and have created detailed revision notes and strategies that I use to guide my teaching.
