About Ankit
"I started Taekwondo because I was looking for a way to improve my physical fitness and learn self-defense, but I quickly realized that it also had a profound impact on my mental and emotional well-being. I've been practicing for 7 years and currently hold a Black belt. Taekwondo has taught me the importance of discipline, respect for others, and the power of focus. My goal is to continue learning and growing as a Taekwondoin, and I'm excited about the opportunity to contribute to the community."
