My personal specialities include butter chicken and kadhai chicken, recipes passed down from my grandmother. I am on a mission to teach Indian cooking because I believe it is a hidden gem that needs to be shared with the world. I'm a strong believer that most UK restaurants do not serve authentic Indian food. I want you to experience the richness and authenticity of my mum's and grandmother's recipes. Moreover, I want to dispel the myth that Indian cooking requires too much effort and too many ingredients. Sometimes, it's fairly simple and can be made with replaceable ingredients.
