About Lily
I am doctoral candidate at the Faculty of English, Cambridge University; I specialise in Postcolonial and related literatures, and my doctoral research lies at the intersection of history and cultural productions on the Second World War in Asia.
Prior to being an undergraduate supervisor at the Faculty of English, and a Writing Consultant for the last three years, I taught for three years at the University of Delhi, India. In the past few years, I have also worked with various summer schools - Sutton Trust, Reach Cambridge, and mentored prospective PhD students.
I find great joy in working with students and assisting them in developing their ideas and/or pick up new skills in communication, whether that be through writing or speaking. My other joys include music, films, food, friendship and staying active. :)
