About Tuấn
About Me I have always believed deeply in the transformative power of education and knowledge. My journey began with a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, driven by curiosity about how people, cultures, and systems connect. That path opened doors to my dream career, but as I advanced, I realized that knowledge alone was not enough—I wanted to understand how people lead, organize, and make change happen. This realization guided me toward a new direction—management and leadership. During my Master’s program, I gained the tools to analyze organizations, design strategies, and work effectively with diverse teams. After graduation, I had the chance to apply these ideas in practice, leading teams and managing projects that taught me the human side of leadership—the art of motivation, empathy, and decision-making. Eventually, my desire to explore deeper questions brought me to the doctoral level. I wanted to go beyond applying existing theories to generating new knowledge about how education and leadership truly shape individuals and institutions. Now, with years of cross-sector experience and a solid academic foundation, I bring together a comprehensive skillset—from practical communication and people management to strategic thinking and theoretical analysis. My mission as an educator and researcher is to bridge the gap between theory and practice, helping others see that knowledge is not just learned—it is lived, shared, and constantly evolving.

My Teaching Approach
My teaching approach is pragmatic yet flexible, combining academic depth with real-world applicability. I focus on helping learners not only understand theories but also see how they interact across education, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. Each lesson is designed to connect abstract ideas with practical examples, ensuring that students develop both critical thinking and conceptual clarity.
Teaching Method and Techniques
I use an interactive and reflective method grounded in inquiry-based learning. Lessons typically begin with a simple question or scenario that encourages curiosity. I then guide students through relevant frameworks and theories, using analogies, case studies, and guided discussions to deepen comprehension. Depending on the learner’s needs, I integrate academic readings, visual mapping, and comparative analysis to build a strong intellectual foundation.
A Typical Lesson Plan
Introduction (5–10 min): Review of previous content and discussion of today’s learning goal.
Concept Exploration (20–30 min): Step-by-step explanation of key theories, linked to examples from education and society.
Application (15–20 min): Short analysis, debate, or reflection task to test understanding.
Synthesis (10 min): Summarize main insights, connect them to broader contexts, and assign a short follow-up reading or reflection.
What Sets Me Apart
With over a decade of study in philosophy, psychology, and sociology—and 10 years of cross-sector experience—I bridge theory and practice seamlessly. My lessons emphasize how knowledge systems interact, enabling learners to see the “why” behind every concept, not just the “what.” I also adapt to diverse academic backgrounds, ensuring accessibility without oversimplification.
Who the Lessons Are For
My lessons are ideal for undergraduate and graduate students, early-career educators, and anyone interested in understanding human behavior, learning, and society through an interdisciplinary lens. Whether you are pursuing education, social sciences, or leadership studies, my goal is to help you move from surface understanding to deep, applied insight.
