About Adam
I recently graduated from Durham University with a first in mathematics. Before that I got A*A*A*A in Biology, Maths, Further Maths and Chemistry. Throughout my schooling I enjoyed helping classmates understand new topics when the teachers explanations weren't working for them. The problem with school is that the teacher offers one point of view and often can't understand where students are getting confused. With a focused one to one approach I am able to work through these points of confusion and reinforce understanding using example questions to prepare for exams.

The first lesson is free to build rapport with the student and understand what they want to get out of our tutoring sessions.
From there we can focus on topics one at a time, either in line with the school course being taught, or focusing on aspects of the course that the student finds particularly difficult.
I can offer alternative explanations of content, as well as a wealth of example questions. Having already done the A level I know what to look for in terms of exam type answers and understanding.
