About Emily
I am a Durham University Law Graduate, sustaining a 2:1 LLM. I studied a variety of areas of law from contract law to business law. I have a particular interest in criminal and tort law.
I sustained an A* law A-Level.
Currently, I am a master's student and I am also preparing to sit SQE 1 in July 2026. Preparing for SQE 1 has further enhanced my legal knowledge and approach to answering questions. I feel confident in supporting students in a variety of legal areas at A-Level, degree and SQE 1 level and also helping prepare students on how to approach questions and the exam overall.
I currently work in tort law and have previously worked in family law and conveyancing.

I have previously worked in schools and tutored topics such as English, Maths and Functional Skills.
I aim to understand which areas students are struggling with and prepare useful and engaging resources which will help to consolidate knowledge. I will then challenge knowledge of these difficult topics with revision questions.
I can accommodate both online or local in person sessions.
