About Mathilde
This is my first time as a drawing teacher, and I am really happy to share my passion with you. Because of my human experience of one year in a Disneyworld and the many experiences and training of the Emile Cohl school, I am able to be a teacher, just like we use to be for each other when I was in artschool.

Passionate about drawing, I am graduated from Emile Cohl artschool, where I learnt art in various ways of expression, like illustration, comics or animation. I learnt how to use painting (watercolor, gouache, oil, acrylic...) and other traditional and digital medias, starting using them in a very academic way, before creating more personal works.
After two months in internship at the animation studio Marathon Media and my graduation from Emile Cohl, I wanted to travel and I worked for a year at the DisneyWorld park in Florida, in United States, as a caricaturist and portraits artist. This job was for me a way to work with all age and all nationalities, to improve my english and to live an wonderful experience.

I will give drawing courses, individualy or in small groups, where you can choose what you want to study in particular, using academic class and more personal ones, where you will develop your skills and have fun using different tools. My teaching is for everyone, I will customize the lessons for each different kind of drawing level. Here some example of different things you may learn :
Academic Drawing: drawing from observation, artistic anatomy, life drawing, sketch, painting, perspective. Ideal for preparing portfolios for entries in art schools
Portraits / Cartoons - Comics / Manga.
Illustration.
Paintings: watercolor, gouache, acrylic, oil. Learning to rub a sheet, introduction to colors
Introduction to inking techniques (ink, pen ...) and use other tools (charcoal, pastels …)
