About Viloet
I am a dedicated flute tutor with 12 years of experience teaching High School, College students, and adults, and I have taught around 300 students to date. My teaching philosophy is to make lessons engaging, personalized, and rewarding. I emphasize proper technique, tone, rhythm, and music theory while encouraging creativity, expression, and performance practice.
I believe that learning the flute is about much more than playing notes—it’s about building confidence, developing discipline, and experiencing the joy of music. I tailor each lesson to meet the student’s goals, pace, and interests, ensuring that they make steady progress while enjoying the learning process.
Many of my students have performed in school concerts, college events, and competitions, achieving milestones that showcase their growth. My aim is to inspire students to discover their musical voice, build skill and confidence, and develop a lifelong passion for music through the flute.

My flute teaching methodology is flexible and student-friendly. I focus on clear communication and adjust my teaching based on each student’s learning pace and style.
I explain important flute techniques such as breath support, tone production, finger coordination, articulation, and rhythm in a simple and step-by-step way. Lessons are interactive and encourage student participation.
I use real-life examples and musical case studies to show how flute skills are applied in real performances and songs. This keeps students motivated and helps them understand the purpose of practice.
In addition to flute lessons, I teach related subjects like basic music theory, ear training, rhythm control, scale development, sight reading, and simple improvisation. I also help students build good practice habits and musical expression.
