I have known Nicole for three years having been her coworker, and I would highly recommend her for this position.

Nicole is a highly skilled child care worker. She was incredibly dedicated to the needs of the children she engaged with. She has experience in designing teaching materials as she has been employed by United Activities Unlimited. She has worked with children, grades kindergarten through five. She tailored lesson plans in a manner that has allowed her students to grasp the information without difficulty.

The strengths she brings to the classroom are creative and innovative ideas, organized lesson planning occupied with consistent discipline techniques as well as a sense of open-mindedness and flexibility. Her organizational skills, ability to multitask, speak both English and Spanish fluently, and her strong initiative, make her a strong candidate for the position. She is incredibly passionate about helping to shape the minds of young individuals.
