About Vicky
I am a former Golf professional from Germany and I discovered YOGA during my playing days on tour. My body craved a body weight exercise I could do anywhere and where I would be able relieve some of my back pain and constantly sore and heavy legs from all the golf playing and training. Golf being such a one sided sport my body craved balancing out and alignment fix. And yoga came to my rescue. I self taught myself through Youtube.
Shortly after I wanted to become an expert in yoga as I could not believe all the benefits I was getting from it. After retiring from pro golf I went to Bali to attend the American Yogamaze Teacher Training and I learned al the theory behind this practice I had fallen in love with. Yoga to me was always more than just the asanas ( poses); it is a whole WAY OF LIFE.
A life that aims to be a healthy BALANCED lifestyle including healthy food, yoga practice, general movement and meditation. Meditation tome goes hand in hand with yoga and I usually incorporate some elements in my classes.

I am a Yogamaze certified instructor and will tailor classes to YOUR individual. I have 5 years of experience and teach an alignment based style to any ages and any levels. Focus can be core, posture, flexibility, movement, whatever you need ;) you name it !
