About Luke
I am going into my third year of studying Economics and Politics at the University of Exeter. I have work experience at a primary school, and as a volunteer in a charity shop.
I achieved full UMS in my Economics A-Level exams, with 2 A*s and an A at A-Level, as well as an A* in History and an A in Government and Politics, and I am on track to get a 1st in my university degree, so I feel confident I have the necessary knowledge to teach these subjects.

I believe the key to excelling in a subject is understanding the work rather than just remembering it. My lessons would focus on ascertaining which elements of the course are needed for the exams, as often there is excess material provided that isn't necessary to learn. I also like to take a flexible approach depending on which style of learning is best for the student, but I find active recall to be the most effective form of revision.
