I am a UBC Masters in Economics Graduate with experience tutoring students in business, math, writing, and economics. Aside from developing my skills through teaching, I have a real passion for understanding how people think and learn. Based on experience and several empirical papers, I believe in learning-by-doing. I will:
- prepare a lesson plan based on what you want to learn
- discuss the plan with you
- motivate the importance of the concepts
- build understanding through a pattern of my teaching, your practice, and detailed feedback
