About Lovia
While this would be my first experience as a tutor, I have collaborated with my peers to help them in their endeavors. For instance, in the 11th grade year, I collaborated with IB History students, helping to review their papers. I have been approved by multiple history teachers to take advanced-level courses in the social sciences, specifically IB History.

I am not only a student who takes IB History HL, however, in my AP US History class, I received a score of 5. As a tutor, my job is to explain historical events and connect their historical significance. My lesson plan will teach students how to outline an essay, utilize primary/secondary sources, and make history fun. As a proud member of the Social Studies Honors Society (Rho Kappa), My experience in history sets me apart. I have a genuine interest and love for history that can be shared with others. The lessons will pertain to middle school and high school children. Topics will consist of US History, World History, and Social Issues. The lessons range from 6th grade - 10th grade students.
