I am a qualified Foundation Phase Teacher. I love going to the gym. I enjoy hiking and yoga. I danced for 10 years. I have taught in a classroom environment for 4 years and au paired for 3. I am hard working and dedicated in everything I do.

My lessons will provide a fitness service where you will be able have the cardio class experience in the comfort of your home. You will also learn to stretch and become supple. Each lesson will be 40 minutes long. This will help you with toning, losing weight and gain in fitness levels.
