Authority is an important methodology that I base my older classes on. This style is acceptable for certain higher-education disciplines and auditorium settings with large groups of learners. With a group of younger learners, I use the demonstrator method that retains the formal authority role by showing learners what they need to know. The demonstrator's lessons include multimedia presentations, activities, and demonstrations. Activity style is also a very important method I go by. Activity style promotes self-learning and helps learners develop critical thinking skills and retain knowledge that leads to self-actualization. Delegation organizes group learning and this method is a way for teachers to observes learners, provides consultation, and promote interaction between groups and among individuals to achieve learning objectives.
