About Letitia
Hi, I’m Letitia. I’m currently studying Education and have a strong interest in helping students build confidence and strong foundations in their learning. I particularly enjoy working with students who may feel unsure about a subject and helping them gradually develop clarity and confidence.
Alongside my studies, I have experience working with children and supporting students from a variety of learning backgrounds. This has helped me develop an understanding of how different students learn and how to adapt explanations so that concepts become easier to understand.
My approach focuses on helping students understand concepts clearly rather than simply memorizing steps. I aim to guide students through problems in a structured way so they can develop stronger problem-solving skills and become more independent learners over time.
I believe that when students feel supported and encouraged, they are much more willing to engage with their learning and ask questions. For this reason, I aim to create a calm, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable working through challenges and building their skills step by step.
As an Education student, I am passionate about helping students strengthen their understanding while also developing the confidence and study habits that will support them throughout their schooling.

My lessons are designed to help students build strong foundations, confidence, and independent learning skills. I aim to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working through problems at their own pace.
I am currently studying Education, and my teaching approach focuses on helping students understand concepts clearly rather than memorising procedures. I break down challenging topics into simple steps and guide students through examples and practice questions so they can develop genuine understanding.
A typical lesson is around 60 minutes and is tailored to the student’s needs. During lessons we may:
• review schoolwork or homework
• practise questions together and strengthen core skills
• revisit topics the student finds challenging
• build problem-solving strategies and study habits
For writing support, students can work on regular writing prompts, and we review their work together to improve structure, clarity, and organisation of ideas. This process helps students gradually strengthen their writing skills and confidence.
My lessons are suitable for primary school students and secondary students up to Year 10, particularly those who want to strengthen their understanding, improve confidence in maths or English, or receive additional support alongside their school learning.
