About Richard
I been in the education industry for over 10 years with 7 of those years teaching English in Beijing. In Beijing I ran an EFL school with over 1000 students and 23 teachers teaching beginners all the way to advanced speakers. In addition I have taught adults in group and 1:1 classes. I hold a BSc in Psychology and a CELTA.

My teaching style differs for students needs. I give students engaging classes that maximise student speaking time in a way that supports the long term retention of language. I can tailor lessons to specific topics based on students requests. I am also happy to work from a textbook or create lessons from scratch.
