About Henry
Hello there! My name is Henry, and I’m an electrical engineer with over 9 years of hands-on experience in the power and energy sector. I’ve worked on high-voltage substations, power system design, maintenance planning, and grid operations — both in the field and at a systems level. But beyond the technical work, one thing has always brought me joy: teaching and mentoring. Whether I was guiding junior engineers, training interns, or explaining difficult concepts to my team, I found that I had a gift for breaking down complex topics into simple, relatable ideas. That’s why I’ve decided to start tutoring — to share what I’ve learned, help others succeed, and grow alongside my students. Whether you're struggling with maths, physics, electrical engineering, or even looking to learn tools like AutoCAD. ETAP, PSSE or PVSyst, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I emphasise on theoretical knowledge as a starting point, I ensure to cover the basics before delving into practical examples/applications of what is learnt in theory. A typical class lasts 1 hour. I have 3 years experience as a tutor for high school/college students. I have also taught power system analysis to 4th year engineering students.
