As an elementary school teacher, I use a student-centered approach that combines explicit instruction, guided practice, hands-on learning, and positive reinforcement to help students build both skills and confidence. What sets me apart as a tutor is my classroom experience, deep understanding of elementary standards, and ability to identify learning gaps while building strong relationships with students and families. I specialize in working with elementary-aged students, particularly in kindergarten through fifth grade, and provide support in reading, literacy, phonics, reading comprehension, vocabulary, writing, and math. Whether a student needs extra support, enrichment, homework help, or test preparation, I adapt my instruction to help them make meaningful progress and develop a love for learning.
