As a former professional swimmer with 20 years of experience in the sport, I have dedicated my life to mastering and teaching the art of swimming. I competed at the Division I collegiate level and qualified for the NCAA National Championship, gaining firsthand knowledge of high-performance training, technique, and race strategy. With over five years of coaching experience, I specialize in teaching all ages and skill levels—from beginners learning water safety to competitive swimmers refining their strokes. My background as both an elite athlete and an instructor allows me to tailor each lesson to meet individual goals, ensuring fast and effective progress.
