About Emma
Hi, I'm Emma, I am originally from England, but I moved to Italy in August 2018! I fully understand what it's like to be a student, now more than ever, while I'm currently studying Italian. My passion is theater, culture and childhood in general! (Also, the fun facts are fantastic). I am a passionate learner and every day is a new day to learn! I have a passion for languages and for teaching. I taught children and adults (online and in person) for 3 years and moved to Italy. I will give you lessons with a smile, innovative ways to learn and, above all, a true British accent. I currently teach 1: 1 tutoring (adults and small children) and I also manage group lessons for children. I am a resident of Pisa (soon in Florence) and will be available for online lessons or in person. We are looking forward to hearing from you.

My lessons must be tailored for you, the students. First I will do an evaluation lesson, not just for your level; but to find out who you are, which styles you prefer and why you are learning English. I set the homework assignments and followed them with a discussion at the next lesson, I think it's important to work outside class hours, as more practice is good practice! I am patient and smiling. I know that, especially with adults, it can be very difficult to learn another language, but I will help you achieve your goals! I understand that being flexible and adaptable is important, so I am more than happy to have non-sociable weekend / hour classes.
