About Sai Medha
I’m a certified Yoga Instructor who began this journey after leaving university to pursue Swadhyaya (self-study) alongside formal training at the Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence, Ramakrishna Math, Hyderabad. During my studies, I realized that many of our challenges physical, emotional, or spiritual stem from imbalances in energy (spirituality), planetary influences (astrology), or doshas (Ayurveda). With a deep interest in Ashtanga Yoga and the ancient wisdom of chakras, planets, and the five elements (Panchabhootas), I’ve designed a yoga system that supports holistic balance and self-awareness. These classes are for sincere practitioners who wish to explore yoga not just as movement, but as transformation, grounded in tradition, guided with intention.

Aligning with planets that govern the 7 major energy points, the Chakras, with attentively designed weekly yoga plan, while mindfully connecting with Panchabhutaas, i.e., the 5 elements of the nature.
Each day, we focus on the chakras, their associated planets, and elements through Mantra chanting, Asanas, Pranayam, relaxation, and Bheej mantra chanting ending with Meditation with awareness and intention.
These classes are for anyone over 18 years.
