About Joy
I am a student at university but also a teacher with relevant work experience in teaching English. The reason why I enjoy teaching is that I believe I am teaching and growing at the same time. I love communicating with people, enjoying the teaching atmosphere, as well as the sense of achievement and satisfaction afterwards.

In my classroom, I will focus on teaching efficiency and skillful ways to help students grasp knowledge more quickly and exercise their basic thinking responses and judgement.
I will choose to organise pre-class pre-reading tasks and post-class revision tasks, plus occasional random tests to better test students' knowledge and to help me see how well I am progressing and how effective my teaching is. For example, where students' deficiencies need to be improved, and what methods of improvement are needed to maximise effectiveness.
