Hello there, I'm Grace and I look forward to teaching you soon! I have been a tutor for the past two years and have helped many students feel more confident and achieve higher grades than before they had started working with me (on average an increase of 1 - 3 grades).

I am set to graduate with a predicted First Class this year in Ancient History from Durham University, and hope to continue studying in a Masters programme in Greece, Rome and the Near East next year. I am friendly, committed to student wellbeing and am very flexible. Every student is different and works differently, so I always start off by assessing how you learn best, what you want to get out of tutoring, and how we can work together to achieve your goals.
Having found GCSE's and A Levels challenging yet strangely enjoyable at school, as I have transitioned into higher education and job seeking, I have also come to appreciate just how useful the discipline and knowledge these qualifications provide can be. From revision, to helping you to understand more difficult concepts that you may have encountered in classes at school, I am keen to offer support to students with their English, History and Classics studies, and hopefully help you to share my passion for all three!
