I am an 8th grade math teacher who is looking to help students grow in their understanding of and appreciation for mathematics. I have taught in the middle school, high school, and collegiate settings. I am young, passionate, and able to connect with all levels of learners.

I graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Math Education and am comfortable teaching anything from Pre-Algebra to Calculus. I am a very personable educator, who focuses on the fundamental understanding behind each lesson. I typically start by an overview of what you need to know, then work through examples with my student, and finally let them try examples on their own. I definitely don't take myself too seriously, and will keep lessons as fun/engaging as possible.
